No. Every tool runs entirely in your browser using JavaScript and WebAssembly. Your files are processed locally on your device and are never uploaded, so we never see or store them.
All of them. Each of the 38 tools processes your files on your own device, and every tool page shows a green shield confirming that files never leave your device.
OCR PDF uses Tesseract.js. The first time you run it, your browser downloads the OCR engine and the language data you pick from the jsDelivr CDN. Only those software files are downloaded; your PDF is never sent anywhere. Your browser usually caches them for next time.
No. PDFCraftly doesn't set any cookies and doesn't use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party tracking.
Yes. Your files stay on your device the whole time: nothing is uploaded, stored or logged. The site itself is served over HTTPS with a strict Content Security Policy.
File Limits
Each file can be up to 200 MB. Because processing happens on your device, very large files depend on how much memory your browser has available.
There is no fixed page limit. Very long documents simply take longer and use more memory on your device.

Troubleshooting
The most common reasons are that the file is damaged, password-protected (remove the password in your PDF reader first), or too large for your device's memory. If it's a scanned PDF, try running OCR PDF first to add a text layer.
No. Tools that add content, such as watermarks, page numbers, signatures or an OCR text layer, make the file a little larger.
PDFCraftly never modifies your original file. Every tool creates a new file. Keep your original as a backup.
